Service-Specific Refund Terms

Ceramic Coating Services

  • Deposit is non-refundable once paint correction begins
  • Full refund if coating cannot be applied due to paint condition
  • Warranty claims handled separately under manufacturer warranty
  • Pro-rated refund not available for ceramic coatings

Paint Correction Services

  • Refund available if results don't match agreed specifications
  • No refund for natural limitations disclosed before service
  • Will redo service if not satisfied (within 7 days)
  • Partial refund for incomplete correction

Package Deals

  • Partial refunds calculated based on individual service values
  • Package discount may be adjusted in partial refunds
  • Unused services in multi-day packages can be refunded
  • Cannot cherry-pick services after package selection
Refund Methods and Timeline

Original Payment Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • UPI/Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-7 business days
  • Cash Payments: Immediate or next business day

Alternative Methods

In cases where refund to original payment method is not possible, we may offer:

  • Store credit for future services
  • Bank transfer to your account
  • Cheque payment (processing takes 2-3 weeks)
