We strive to deliver high-quality services every time. However, if you're not completely satisfied with our service, we're committed to making it right.
When You're Eligible for a Refund

Full refund for cancellations made 24+ hours before appointment

Refund or redo if service doesn't meet our quality standards

Refund Processing
If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method
Ceramic Coating Services
- Deposit is non-refundable once paint correction begins
- Full refund if coating cannot be applied due to paint condition
- Warranty claims handled separately under manufacturer warranty
- Pro-rated refund not available for ceramic coatings
Paint Correction Services
- Refund available if results don't match agreed specifications
- No refund for natural limitations disclosed before service
- Will redo service if not satisfied (within 7 days)
- Partial refund for incomplete correction
Package Deals
- Partial refunds calculated based on individual service values
- Package discount may be adjusted in partial refunds
- Unused services in multi-day packages can be refunded
- Cannot cherry-pick services after package selection
Original Payment Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- UPI/Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
- Net Banking: 3-7 business days
- Cash Payments: Immediate or next business day
Alternative Methods
In cases where refund to original payment method is not possible, we may offer:
- Store credit for future services
- Bank transfer to your account
- Cheque payment (processing takes 2-3 weeks)
